Years ago, Dragon Fly, Silken Spider, and Tiger Moth were known respectively as world public enemy number one, two, and three, but after being tricked by a rival villainess, they were all jailed, and their infamous careers were ended! Now these three former super-criminals are brought back together for a mission of revenge against the villainess who set them up!
